Established 1997. Very Busy Restaurant. Looking for Strong Skilled, Hands-On Chefs. High Volume, Quality Driven, Must be a Real Chef with Cooking Experience in All Aspects of the Line. At least 15 years of experience in the kitchen as a manager. Sous or Higher. MUST BE QUALITY-DRIVEN. This Position Is Year Round,
Job Details:
- Open Lunches and Dinners every day.
- Fast Paced, Quality Driven.
- Must Follow Food Protocols and House Recipes.
- Must Have Experience with Fire Grill, Sautee, Pantry, Fryer and Steam Bar. All Aspects of Kitchen and Preparation.
- High Volume, High Quality Standards for Food.
- Must maintain a positive attitude and be able to handle stress in the kitchen.
- Must be able to Multi Task and Expo from Grill
- Must be Willing to Train New Employees per Standards
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in full-service and/or fast food.
- Must be able to work all weekends.
