About the Job
Newly Renovated Restaurant needs part-time Atlantic Beach.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Work mostly Monday through Saturday, Wednesdays and Sundays off. Flexible days depending on your schedule.
- Keeping grounds clean and debris-free, trimming of grass and light landscaping, cleaning, and organizing.
- Knowledge and repair of light electrical work, light plumbing, experience in drywall repair and painting.
- Light carpentry and repairs of walls, cracks, and blemishes. Dry wall, and spackling.
- Upkeep facilities and help set up restaurants for service to open.
- Helping the staff set up outside dining areas.
- Must have driver's license and organized work space.
- Must be a self starter. Troubleshooter on kitchen equipment, water heater, ac units would be helpful.
- Must be able to lift over 50#.
- Must be able to climb ladders for roof issues.
- Must be able to work with Sub Contractors to repair items and issues over maintenance job description.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 7 to 4 pm. Hours could vary, but always mornings. No more than 50 hours a week.
