Responsible for:
All aspects of the kitchen and kitchen staff.
Food inventory, food preparation, training, and reinforcement training.
MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PANTRY, FRYER.
Qualifications:
Motivational with leadership skills.
Must have formal training in kitchen and or a Current SERVE SAFE CERTIFICATION is a Plus.
High volume in season.
Off-season creativity.
Overtime offered.
