- Busy full-service restaurant Oceanfront, Busy Seasonal. Must be Available in Season.
- 29 years, stellar reputation.
- High volume. Achieving volume, speed, and accuracy.
- The Line Cook position is year-round.
- Guaranteed Overtime if Desired
Responsible for:
- All aspects of the kitchen and kitchen staff.
- Food inventory, food preparation, training, and reinforcement training.
- MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PANTRY, FRYER.
Qualifications:
- Motivational with leadership skills.
- Must have formal training in kitchen and or a Current SERVE SAFE CERTIFICATION is a Plus.
- High volume in season.
- Off-season creativity.
- Overtime offered.
- Paid Vacation Time / One Year of employment.
