About the Job
Job Details:
- Must Be Experienced.
- $12 Hour Plus Service Bar Tips and eight seats at the bar.
- Must be able to Serve Menu accurately.
- Must have Food Menu Knowledge.
- Able to Multitask.
- Nine Seat Bar, High Volume Service Bar, High Volume Dining, Upper Scale Menu, and Clientele.
- Need all Shifts.
- Full or part-time shifts
- Responsible for Training and Following up with New Employees
- Inventory Weekly, Liquor Ordering, Beer ordering
- Responsible for Stocking of New Products and Restocking Wines and Beers
- Organization In Inventory and Sales Logs
- Responsible for Cleanliness of Bar and Delegation of Weekly Cleaning Duties
- Must Have Complete Knowledge of ALL ALE Law Enforcement Compliance
